Introduction

You can browse most areas of this Website without registering. Certain areas require registration.

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Check back periodically, as the current terms are binding on you. If you do not accept any revised terms, please stop using the Website.

Ordering from Us

You place an order through our online checkout. We will email an acknowledgement detailing your order.

The purchase contract is formed when we dispatch the order, even if payment is processed earlier, unless we have already notified you of non-acceptance or you have cancelled.

We may refuse an order if:

• Goods are unavailable;
• Payment authorisation cannot be obtained;
• There is a pricing or description error;
• You fail to meet eligibility criteria;
• The delivery address is outside the United Kingdom.

Pricing

VAT is included at checkout. Prices are reviewed periodically.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address you supply when ordering. Incorrect address details are your responsibility.

Standard delivery: usually within 7 days of order. We accept no liability for delays outside our control.

Certain remote areas may incur extra charges — we will contact you if so.

Most items ship via Royal Mail 48 hr; check your local sorting office if not received. We may wait up to 10 working days from dispatch before taking further action on undelivered items.

Next Day Delivery

1. Order Monday–Friday by the stated cut-off for next-day delivery.
2. Friday orders (before cut-off) deliver Monday.
3. Saturday/Sunday orders deliver Tuesday.
4. No deliveries on UK bank holidays.
5. Delivery window: 9 am – 5 pm (may be later).
6. Signature may be required.
7. Carrier may leave with neighbour or in safe place where appropriate.
8. Un-deliverable parcels return to depot; follow the carrier’s card instructions.

Next-day to Northern Ireland, offshore UK and Northern Scotland may take up to 48 hours.

International orders (EU/USA/other) are at your own risk; Global Goodness Ltd is not liable for them.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. fire, severe weather, industrial action).

Order Cancellations

Personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun; cancelling later may incur a 100% charge.

To cancel before production, email or phone us during office hours. Dispatched goods are non-refundable.

Please check spelling carefully — we cannot refund mis-spelt personalised products.

Returns & Exchange

How to Return

Contact customer service with order details and reason for return; we will advise next steps.

Incorrect Item

If you receive the wrong item, contact us for a replacement or refund.

Faulty Item

Report faults with order details; refunds are not given for misuse.

Non-Personalised (“Ready To Go”) Items

Return within 30 days for refund (customer pays return postage unless faulty). Use a tracked service; we are not responsible for lost returns.

Colour Disclaimer

Actual product colour may vary from your monitor; orders are placed at your own risk if colour is critical.

Miscellaneous

You may not transfer your rights under these terms. If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions stay in force. No third-party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Alcohol Sales

Retailers must consult their local authority regarding alcohol licensing before listing alcoholic products.
