Are there any minimum order values?
Each product is personalised to order, so we don’t enforce any minimum order values or quantities.
Is it possible to part ship items if they’re on different lead times?
Unfortunately we aren’t able to part ship and so we recommend ordering items with different lead times separately if they are required urgently.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately an order cannot be cancelled once ordered we strongly advise you check your personalisation text and spelling before you check out because our production technique does not allow us to make any cancellation due to production processes
How are postage charges calculated?
Postage charges are calculated based on the customer products, order to keep all of our products as competitive as possible. Please see our simple postage matrix for a full breakdown.
Can we select a specific delivery day/time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery for specific days or times.

Can I check what products are currently out of stock?
The Out of Stock is mark on our website. Otherwise, our newsletters will always contain our latest product updates including what’s out of stock, back in stock or discontinued.

What should I do if has an issue with my order?
